CNC Automation has added another Cabinet Manufacturer in Western Canada to our family !

Ryan Vreedenberg - Wednesday, June 15, 2011
Consistency in finishing is an issue with most Cabinet and Millwork companies across the country. Our success in the area has been due to our close association and team work with both the manufacturer, Loewer in Germany whom is celebrating their 150 anniversary this Friday the 17th of June and our customers. No two companies have exactly the same issues relating to finishing we have found over the past many years. At CNC Automation we have invested heavily in our test lab having the machinery , abrasives and finishing equipment in operation so we can simulate the process thus making the installation in the field much easier and profitable to our customers in the shortest time frame.

CNC Automation has spent over 5 years developing abrasives and techniques to best utilize the brush sanding techniques to suit the needs of many applications such as MDF Door sanding, Solid wood cabinet and entry door sanding, Moulding and aluminum extrusion sanding etc. These Abrasives and more are offered at http://www.shopcnconline.com

We at CNC believe that our success is measured by our repeat orders from our valued customers. For this to happen we need to make sure that we understand the needs of our customers and use our experience to assure the path from cost to profit is as quick as possible on our customers bottom lines. Training and looking outside of the box are also key factors to the long term benefits that our customers get when purchasing from CNC Automation.

Adding value to the machine purchase is what CNC is all about.

CNC Automation is pleased to announce yet another happy customer using our finishing products from Makor !

Ryan Vreedenberg - Tuesday, February 22, 2011
Using the combined installation efforts of the CNC Service Staff and Stiles Finishing Experts, we are pleased to announce hat we have another customer up and running after just one week.

This is not only due to our product and application knowledge, but all of the preparation performed during the order process and prior to install. As many already know, the spray system is only a part of the solution. It is the coordination of all of the suppliers, the paint, the spray guns, pumps and of course our valued customers needs and cooperation, that at the end of the day, makes for a smooth and successful installation.

At CNC Automation, we don't sell machinery, we supply solutions !

CNC OPEN HOUSE 2010

Ryan Vreedenberg - Thursday, June 17, 2010
I am very happy to say that we have once again had a very successful Open House 2010 event thanks to all of our valued suppliers and customers. There is nothing more pleasing than seeing the interaction of all of our customers and their comments back to us as to the knowledge they gained during the two day event.

The CNC Automation team spent many weeks to put together the fully operational production facility so that all who attended could see exactly how each piece of machinery worked. We made the official launch of the Kentwood line having a rip saw, moulder and grinder being demonstrated. Stiles had seven specialists at customers' disposal to answer questions and present the benefits of the Kentwood range of products.

During each day we had open workshops surrounding our family of software products, eCabinets Systems, DXF Buddy, and Panelmetrix. Representatives from ArtCAM and 20/20 Technologies were also available to show their products and how they link to the Thermwood CNC routers that we had running continuously throughout the day.
